Are you interested in challenging mobility cases, moving people across borders to more than 40 different destinations and do you have experience with international employment law and contracts? Then we have the right job for you.
The position as Mobility Specialist in Group People & Communication will take an active part in providing legal services within global mobility and international employment law to the entire COWI Group.
You will be part of COWI's Labour Relations and Mobility team in the Group HR function, People & Communication. As Mobility Consultant, you will become part of a team servicing the business with employment related legal advisory and global mobility services. You will advise our internal customers on all aspects of global mobility including assignment contracts, local contracts, salary, benefits, our mobility policies, international law, tax, social security etc.
You will be part of a high-performance team with strong skills and a professional mindset consisting of ten colleagues primarily located in Lyngby.


You have experience with immigration to Denmark for companies and you are ready to catch the challenges that an everyday with multiple international stakeholders brings at you.
As mobility consultant your everyday will among others include:
  • Handling immigration cases within our fast track setup
  • Global mobility related advisory
  • Advice within international employment law.

In order for you to be successful in this role:
  • You are fast at applying your knowledge to complex cases and situations
  • You excel in providing advice on difficult topics to staff at all levels
  • You take responsibility for your own tasks and projects
  • You are fluent in Danish and English both orally and in writing.


As the ideal candidate you are good at balancing various needs from different stakeholders.
In addition, you can recognise yourself in the following statements:
  • You are self-driven and ready to make a decision when needed
  • You are good at building relationships and enjoy working in teams
  • You adjust easily to change and enjoy that not two days are similar.

It will be an advantage if you have experience with working in SAP, but it is not a requirement.
