Theatrical Administrative Coordinator - TWDC at Walt Disney World Resort

Job Summary:

The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for delivering the correct information into the correct system on the National Entity (INCAA) for all our future theatrical releases and Purchase orders from all vendors of the Operations Department.

Responsibilities:

  • Purchase orders for the Operations Department.
  • Update INCAA Platform with all our Traillers and Features of futures releases.
  • Administrative support

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience in administrative departments is a plus.
  • Sap user experience will be highly appreciated.

Required Education

  • Advanced student or degree in Business Administration or related careers.
