Marketing Intern at SolarWinds

  • May assist with running focus groups to identify general learning needs in the Marketing organization
  • Create and maintain documentation related to learning programs, including program descriptions, participant rosters, evaluations, marketing materials, etc.
  • Support the design and building of learning content
  • Develop and maintain collaborative working relationships with other L&D and SolarWinds Marketing teams
  • Manage enquiries from participants and stakeholders
  • Document and manage a process repository for the Marketing team
  • Test content and LMS system changes
  • Research new approaches and build support resources to improve and enhance the end user experience
